Two extra days with afternoon highs of 20 or 21 C in Edmonton.
After a weekend that noticed temperatures hit 22 C on Saturday and 20 C on Sunday, the nice and cozy spell sticks round for a number of extra days.
Even the mid-week “cooling” does not look THAT dramatic. We’ll simply slip to highs in 16 to 19 C vary, which is true round common for the tip of September.
Friday and Saturday look barely cooler: highs nearer to fifteen C. BUT, then we get again to the higher teenagers for Sunday/Monday.
So, the tip of September and the primary few days of October ought to be good and heat/gentle.
No vital threat of frost this week.
NOW…should you’ve been watching long-range fashions and some apps which have automated forecasts, you are seeing snow and a much bigger cooldown for the center of NEXT week.
I believe it is a bit of too far off to get overly involved or enthusiastic about it. However, it is undoubtedly one thing we’ll be watching. For now, I am leaving the snow out of my forecast.
However, it DOES appear like we’ll see some single-digit daytime highs and sub-zero morning lows by the center of subsequent week.
Precipitation outlook: Slight threat of a bathe within the Edmonton space Wednesday morning.
Greatest likelihood for showers/rain will likely be in northeastern Alberta Wednesday afternoon.
Exterior of that, it seems pretty dry for the subsequent few days.
