Former President Jimmy Carter and his spouse, Rosalynn, on Saturday made a shock look on the Plains Peanut Competition of their Georgia hometown, the Carter Heart wrote in a social media put up on X, previously generally known as Twitter.
The previous president and his spouse are seen in a reposted video driving by the festivities in a Black SUV.

“Lovely day for President & Mrs. Carter to take pleasure in a trip by the Plains Peanut Competition! And only a week earlier than he turns 99,” the Carter Heart wrote on X after sharing the video taken by a spectator.
The previous president is 98 and has been in dwelling hospice care since February. He turns 99 on Oct. 4. The previous first girl has since been identified with dementia. The couple this summer season marked their 77th marriage ceremony anniversary, extending their document because the nation’s longest-married first couple.
