Man arrested after allegedly driving golf cart impaired: Estevan police

Impaired driving will not be tolerated on any motorcar – and it’s a reminder Estevan police are sharing as soon as once more after an odd incident final week.

On Sept. 21, officers with the Estevan Police Service stopped a golf cart travelling on 4th Avenue at round 2:45 a.m.

Officers charged the 29-year-old man from Calgary, Alta with impaired driving and he was arrested.

The accused was launched the following morning and is ready to seem in provincial courtroom at a later date.

The golf cart was returned to its rightful proprietor, in accordance with police.

Operation of a conveyance whereas impaired is the cost associated to impaired driving within the Prison Code of Canada.

In response to the code, a conveyance is outlined as “a motorized vehicle, a vessel, an plane or railway tools.”
