Eleven firms and commerce organisations, representing greater than 250,000 employees, launched the Building Inclusion Coalition on Thursday.
The group, which incorporates Travis Perkins, The Wolseley Group and Ibstock, goals to deal with sexism throughout the {industry} and encourage extra various recruitment for a quickly ageing workforce.
