Daniel Humphreys, 37, is charged with two counts of misconduct in public workplace and can seem earlier than Westminster Magistrates’ Court docket in London on Monday, the Impartial Workplace for Police Conduct (IOPC) stated.
It launched its investigation in April 2022 after receiving a compulsory referral from the Met.
