MONTREAL — Three persons are lifeless after a fishing boat sank off Quebec’s Decrease North Shore early Monday morning, provincial police say.
The Canadian Coast Guard stated six individuals had been aboard the Silver Condor, out of Blanc Sablon, Que., about 1,300 kilometres northeast of Montreal.
